Peyton Reed (born 3 July 1964 in Raleigh, North Carolina) is an American television and film director. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has directed the films Bring It On, Down with Love, and The Break-Up. He has also acted in small roles in several films (including his own) and has written several original songs for his soundtracks.
