Robert Ian Sitch (born March 17 1962), is an Australian director, producer, screenwriter and actor. Sitch attended St Kevin's College, graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Melbourne, and practised medicine for a short time.

Sitch is currently a member of the Working Dog production company which produced the television shows Frontline, A River Somewhere and The Panel, and the movies, The Castle and The Dish, both of which Sitch co-wrote and directed. Jane Kennedy and Sitch have been a couple for many years, and have five [1] children together. The pair seldom comment publicly on their relationship. Sitch has a brother, Greg Sitch, who is a high-profile lawyer who also served as executive producer of The Mick Molloy Show.

Rob is often a guest host on the Triple M morning radio show Get This.

Sitch is a supporter of the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League.

He is also a co-author of the Jetlag Travel Guides to Molvanîa, Phaic TÄ?n and San Sombrèro.

Sitch became a national pop-culture hero when he asked the question Who is Donna Gubbay? in 1999 during an episode of The Panel.
