Robert Pugh (born 1950) is a Welsh actor. Pugh was born in Aberdare, Wales. He is best known for his 2006 portrayal of Hermann Goering in a BBC drama-documentary about the Nuremberg trials.

He has played Roy Galloway in Woodentop, John Clarke in Brookside, Andrew Ponting in Casualty, Handl in Drovers' Gold, Father Matthew in The Lakes, Alan Preston in Clocking Off and has also appeared in Amy, Priest, Dangerfield, French and Saunders, The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain, Resort to Murder, Enigma, Plots with a View, and Kinky Boots. He also played a gangster in Hustle.
