Sam Raimi Talks "Hobbit" and Dunst Discusses "Spidey 4"
It's been a while since we first heard that "Spider-Man" director Sam Raimi could be in line to direct "The Hobbit" for New Line -- and now the director has actually spoken about the possibility. In other news, Kirsten Dunst says a "Spider-Man 4" without her or Raimi or Tobey Maguire would "flop."

Exclusive: Bob Shaye On His Sci-Fi Flick For Kids, "The Last Mimzy"
Robert Shaye is known for a lot of things in Hollywood that don't have much to do with directing movies (heading New Line Cinema, producing the "Nightmare on Elm Street" series, sparring with Peter Jackson). Peter Jackson Responds to New Line Nastiness
Just yesterday we reported that New Line chief Bob Shaye was, like, reallllllly mad at Peter Jackson, and also that he pretty much blacklisted the filmmaker from ever darkening the NL doors again. Less than 24 hours later, we have a response from Mr. Jackson.

New Line Chief Really Dislikes Peter Jackson!
Wow, things are getting a little nasty around that Peter Jackson / New Line / "The Hobbit" / lawsuit story. New Line Cinema chief Bob Shaye recently spoke pretty candidly regarding his feelings for the man who gave him the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Basically, Pete's not welcome around New Line anymore.
