Rodney A. Grant (born March 9, 1959 on the Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota) is an American Indian actor from Macy, Nebraska. He is best known for his role as "Wind in his Hair" in the 1990 film Dances with Wolves.He has also appeared in other films such as John Carpenter's Ghost of Mars, Wild Wild West, Geronimo: An American Legend, White Wolves III, The Killing Ground, The Substitute, War Party, and Pow Wow Highway. Furthermore, he was a guest actor in the Canadian television series Due South.
