Brandon Routh Talks Scott Pilgrim, Dead of Night
It's still anyone's guess as to whether Brandon Routh will don the red cape and blue tights again -- but in the meantime, he's filming roles in two other comic-inspired films: "Scott Pilgrim" and an adaptation of "Dead of Night" co-starring Sam Huntington.

"Superman Returns" Costars Anticipate Sequel
The DVD launch party for "Superman Returns" allowed all the costars of the film to request personal favors of the writers just now getting to work on the script. Sam Huntington, who plays Jimmy Olsen, wants to log some air time.

Superman & Shyamalan to Piggyback Potter
Superhero Hype! has confirmed that the teaser trailer for "Superman Returns" will be attached to WB's "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," opening in theaters on Friday, November 18. The teaser, which runs one minute and thirty-three seconds, will play with (most) screenings of the fourth "Harry Potter" installment.

Kumar Goes to Metropolis
Kal Penn will play Lex Luthor's henchman in Bryan Singer's "Superman Returns," according to the Hollywood Reporter. Kevin Spacey is playing Luthor; the other cast members include Brandon Routh as Superman, Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane, Hugh Laurie as Perry White, James Marsden as Richard White and Sam Huntington as Jimmy Olsen.
