Samuel Hadida (B. 17 December, 1953) was born in Casablanca, Morocco. Samuel later studied in Paris.

Formed, with his brother Victor, Metropolitan Filmexport in 1978, which was a successful independent distributor of films in the French-speaking world. Formed Davis Films, 1990, and has since produced more than thirty Hollywood films 1993 to present day, starting with True Romance.
