Five Favorite Films with Stuntman Vic Armstrong
His name may not be instantly familiar, but his work most certainly is: over a prolific career, Vic Armstrong has been a stunt man, stunt coordinator and second unit director on some of the biggest and best-loved action movies of the past four decades. He's stunt-doubled for successive James Bonds from Sean Connery to Pierce Brosnan, worn the cape and tights on Richard Donner's Superman, and famously done stunt work for Harrison Ford on, among many of the actor's other roles, the original three Indiana Jones films. Then there's his work with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Cruise, Sylvester Stallone and Angelina Jolie, to name a handful. With the release of his book, The True Adventures of the World's Greatest Stuntman, we spoke to Armstrong about his career, filming action on Marvel's Thor and the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man, and his Five Favorite Films.

Connery and Bassey Reunite for Sir Billi

Edinburgh 2009: Humpday wins RT Award
Humpday, directed by Lynn Shelton, has become the second ever winner of the Rotten Tomatoes Critical Consensus Award, it was announced today at an awards ceremony in Edinburgh. Presented as part of the Edinburgh Film Festival, the event also honoured Moon, Easier With Practice and The Secret of Kells, while Katie Jarvis wins the Best Performance in a British Feature Film award for her role in Fish Tank. The Rotten Tomatoes Critical Consensus Award is presented to a film in the festival's Director's Showcase category, which is narrowed down to a shortlist of five by RT's UK team and EIFF Artistic Director Hannah McGill. This year's nominees were Stella, The Missing Person, I'm Going to Explode, Adventureland and Humpday.

Connery on "Indy 4"
Dark Horizons reports that Sean Connery has told UK Teletext that he's waiting to read the "Indiana Jones 4" script before he makes a decision as to whether or not he'll reprise his role as Indy's dad, Dr. Henry Jones, who first appeared in the series' third installment, 1989's "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade."

ANOTHER "Thunderball" Remake??
Movie producer Kevin McClory owns "some" of the rights to the old-school Bond classic "Thunderball," which explains why, several years ago, he was able to mount a Bond semi-remake called "Never Say Never Again" over at WB. Bond purists don't really consider it an actual part of the series, but hey, it brought Sean Connery back, so it can't be all bad. Anyway, looks like McClory is once again up to his old tricks.

While attending a gala event in honor of legendary actor Sean Connery, filmmaker George Lucas told Access Hollywood that he's intent on getting the sly Scotsman to reprise his Henry Jones role for "Indiana Jones 4." No word yet on how interested Connery is, although Lucas seems to think he's game.

Josiah's Cannon or Rush Hour 3 for Brett Ratner's Next
During a chat with Empire Online, Brett Ratner, the director of the "Rush Hour" films and "After the Sunset," revealed that his next film may be either "Josiah's Cannon" or "Rush Hour 3."
