Stephen Baldwin (born May 12, 1966 in Massapequa, New York) is an American actor, best known for his role in the 1995 ensemble cult film, The Usual Suspects. He is the youngest of the acting Baldwin brothers, with brothers Daniel, Billy, and Alec.

Baldwin directed and produced Livin' It and Livin' It LA films that focus on Christian athletes involved in extreme sports and evangelism. Currently working with the Luis Palau ministry, Baldwin is launching his own Breakthrough Ministry, in January, 2007 in San Diego. Called "Uprising!", Baldwin's ministry will feature skateboarding and extreme sports, Christian rock concerts, laser light shows and fireworks.

In 2002, he participated in Celebrity Mole Hawaii, the first celebrity edition of The Mole. ABC broadcast the reality show in early 2003. Later that year he returned for Celebrity Mole Yucatan, which ABC aired in early 2004.

In 2004, he became the host of Scare Tactics, a reality show broadcast on The Sci Fi Channel.

His new book "Unusual Suspect" details the dedication of his life to Jesus. It made it onto the New York Times Bestseller list.

In 2006, Baldwin starred in The Genius Club (http://www.TheGeniusClubMovie.com) for writer/director Tim Chey (http://www.TimChey.net). The film is about 7 geniuses who try to solve the world's problems in 1 night.

Personal Life

In 2001 and 2002, he was a frequent caller into "The Ron and Fez Show" before they moved from New York City to Washington D.C. He was baptized a Roman Catholic, but became a born-again Christian shortly after the 9/11 attacks. Since his turn to Christianity, Stephen has given up making secular films and is now on a mission to evangelize the youth of the nation. He frequently talks about his conversion experience, which involved his Brazilian housekeeper.

Stephen supports George W. Bush while his brothers Alec and Billy are noted liberal Democrats and avid Bush opponents.

Stephen has also controversially attacked Bono telling him, "You would do far more good if you just preached the gospel of Jesus rather than trying to get rid of Third World debt."

He currently resides in the village of Nyack, New York, with his wife, Kennya, and their family. In 2006, he launched a campaign to stop Fama DVD and Video, a pornography store, from opening on the outskirts of the village. After mobilizing much of the county's religious base to the cause, Baldwin lent his support to a petition filed in State Supreme Court by a group calling itself the Catholic Citizenship, the store was ordered to close for good.
