Stephen Fung Tak-Lun (born August 9, 1974) is a Hong Kong based actor/singer/director/producer.
He was born in Hong Kong. Stephen went to the University of Michigan where he earned his degree in graphic design. In the mid-90s, he returned to Hong Kong where he formed the band "Dry" with Mark Lui. In 1999, Stephen released his solo album, "Not Enough Love". In 2004, Stephen made his directorial debut with Enter the Phoenix.
