Tamara Mello (born 22 February 1976) is an American actress. Her career began in 1993 with appearances on various television programs. She has appeared on 7th Heaven and The Brady Bunch Movie to Boy Meets World, Shes All That and Diagnosis: Murder.

In 1999, she debuted in Popular as Lily, the politically correct vegetarian. After a few years on the show, major management firms had her high on their list, but she has only done a total of six roles since then.
