Thomas Jay Ryan (b. August 1 1962, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an actor who starred in the 1997 film Henry Fool and is set to appear in the upcoming sequel, Fay Grim.

He has also had supporting roles in various other films, including Teknolust and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
