Tim Hill is one of the most "well known infamous" cartoon workers of the 90's and 2000's. He began his career in 1993 as a writer and storyboard artist for Rocko's Modern Life, he also created the very popular Kablam! skit, Action League Now!. He has been active as an episode writer for Spongebob Squarepants since 1999, and continues to do that to this day.
Tim Hill is currently a feature-film director; the most recent film with his credit is Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties.
Whilst in his teens he also attended the College of West Anglia (COWA) where he received a National Diploma In Computing.
