Toby Huss (born December 9, 1966, in Marshalltown, Iowa, United States) is a U.S. actor.
His notable roles include "Artie, the Strongest Man in the World" on The Adventures of Pete & Pete, the voice of Cotton Hill and Kahn Souphanousinphone on King of the Hill, and "Ted the Crossing Guard" on Hero.
Huss was born in Marshalltown, Iowa and briefly attended the University of Iowa where he participated in No Shame Theatre before moving to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
Huss has appeared in over thirty-five movies and television series.
Known for his dead-on mimicry of Frank Sinatra, which was featured in Vegas Vacation.

- Toby Huss has made numerous guest appearances on the popular Comedy Central television show Reno 911!.
- He is the proprietor of the National Mule Gallery.
- Toby Huss also played the role of "The Wiz" on the popular sitcom Seinfeld. In the episode, The Wiz is a crown-wearing, scepter-holding television spokesman whose mannerisms are almost identical to Huss' most famous role of Artie from The Adventures of Pete & Pete. His catchphrase is "I'm the Wiz and nobody beats me!"
- He also appeared in two separate guest roles on episodes of the NBC comedy NewsRadio; in 1995 (second season) as a security guard along with Tone Loc; and in 1999 (fifth season) as Jack Frost the security expert.
