Yoshiko Kuga (ä¹?æ?? ç¾?å? January 21, 1931 - ) is a Japanese actress.
In Tokyo, she was born as Haruko Koga (ä¹?æ??ç¾?å?). Her father, Michiaki Koga (ä¹?æ??é??é¡?), was a marquis and a member of House of Peers.
In 1946, when she was in her third year in Gakushuin Girls' Junior High School, she became an actress under exclusive contract with Toho. In 1947, she made her debut as one of the lead actresses in an omnibus movie "Yottsu no Koi no Monogatari" (å??ã?¤ã?®æ??ã?®ç?©èª?; "Four Love Stories").
In 1961, she married an actor, Akihiko Hirata (ja:å¹³ç?°æ?å½¦). They were known for a very harmonious couple until Hirata died in 1984.
