The '70s were not a good time to be a young, vulnerable woman on screen -- but at least the ladies got to have their vengeance. Wes Craven's Last House on the Left had a pair of teenage girls fighting back against psycho rapists, while Swedish thriller They Call Her One Eye memorably had Christine Lindberg systematically hunting down her captors; but the most notorious of all rape-revenge flicks was this shocker, in which a writer is savagely gang-raped and then sets out to make her violators pay.
