About This List

War is hell, a destructive and senseless demonstration of power. However, the standards accepted more openly by society nowadays are based on violent stunts in the battlefield. Few masterpieces have come with this focus. But we are emotional beings, and for some particular reason, perhaps catharsis or just sheer empathy and humanity, films that treat war seen through the eyes of a child or young soldiers who have the minimum aceptable age to battle usually win the hearts of people more strongly. This list is dedicated to those extraordinary true stories that have inspired unforgettable celluloid contributions, because regardless of the motives a young soldier chooses to fight, or regardless of the actions someone forced into such destructive environment be judged, they are heroes, emotionally and patriotically. Whether this list portrays realistic, idealized or fantastical depictions of war, all of them count. Note: Suggestions are needed. Thanks in advance.
