Inspector Ed Cornell is on the case, but he seems to have decided that the culprit is Vicki's publicist, the man who discovered her when she was a waitress, Steve Christopher (Elliott Reid). Steve and Jill band together to solve the case when they realize that Cornell is acting out a personal vendetta, and is determined to see Christopher fingered for the murder. TV producer Aaron Spelling (CHARLIE'S ANGELS, BEVERLY HILLS 90210) makes an appearance as well. [More]

In view of the fact that I Wake Up Screaming was not much of a picture to start with, it is no wonder that this slight remodeling of it is an unimpressive dish of drama, too.
