Michael Kittredge (Vinnie Jones of LOCK, STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS fame) disguises himself as an environmentalist and steers his crew out to the rig. Once there, his plan is to detonate a lethal bomb that will cause irreparable damage to a country that he hates. But Kittredge's plan goes awry when he encounters plucky ship's captain Lamont Dixon (Eddie Griffin) and an FBI agent known only as Reed (Vivica A. Fox), who attempt to foil his plans. It all culminates in some frantic action aboard the beleaguered rig, with director Anthony Hickox (STORM CATCHER) neatly guiding BLAST! to a satisfying conclusion. [More]
