Reviews
Stupid despicable characters do stupid despicable things with one of the most obnoxious horror movie villains ever made...
Confesso que fiquei curioso para conhecer as circunstâncias que levaram à “criação” do vilão. Infelizmente, o filme só se preocupa em vê-lo imitando Jason Voorhees.
To borrow from Colin Firth in Love actually: It is mainly scary how bad the writing is.
The performances are good, particularly Potente, who avoids scream queen clichés by making her character surprisingly unlikeable - Kate is rude and arrogant in her early scenes and the fact that she's German is, of course, a coincidence.
...as a sort of Halloween clone set underground, the film works.
Light on plot and almost entirely devoid of logic, the movie still manages to deliver a heaping handful of grisly goods...if, like me, you're into that sort of thing.
