Everything here is top-notch -- on-the-money ensemble cast, apt locations, Alice Brooks' gleaming camerawork, Joe Kraemer's intense score and Kalman Alexander's razor-sharp editing. It's a class act financed on a shoestring.

Ten 'til Noon moves along a lot smoother than one would think. This could've easily been a giant mess, but aiding filmmaker Scott Storm in keeping his ship together is a talented ensemble cast who compliment the sharp, witty script.
What's missing is any thematic underpinning or true character depth; this is basically a jigsaw puzzle. But it's a dandy jigsaw puzzle, and that's a pleasure in itself.
While most of the acting, production, and tricky writing is good, the film overall lacks depth, intensity, hard-hitting drama, and message.
An impressive tour de force of writing and realization in its capacity to keep us in the grip of virtuoso noir intricacy. The Cinema Signal is green -- Go!
In an era of increasingly formulaic and mainstream crime thrillers, Ten 'Til Noon is a clear standout and a welcome change of pace.
