Critic Review - Chicago Sun-Times

Confronted with such effects, the actors make not the slightest effort to appear terrified, amazed or sometimes even mildly concerned. Some might consider that a weakness. I suspect it is more of a deliberate choice, and I say I enjoyed it.

Ebert gave Step Brothers a 1.5 out of 4, which is truly funny, saying he felt "unclean" after watching it so how can you not feel unclean from t-rex urine after watching an unclever, stupid film like this and giving it a 3 out of 4. The only thing that bugs me about Ebert is his incosistency and hypocrisy with all his reviews, particulary the newer ones.
