"Rocky VI" Still a Contender?
Citing the British tabloid NOW Magazine, Dark Horizons reports that "Rocky VI" has a good chance of getting the green light, provided the reality-based boxing show "The Contender" does well. The movie will be grittier and more grounded in reality than the previous installments, according to the magazine. There's also mention of a completed "Rambo 4" script, but finding funding to make the movie may prove difficult. Sylvester Stallone was last seen in "Spy Kids 3D: Game Over."

All of them have inspired me in several different ways. If rocky 6 does take off, i'll be the first one in the theaters to see it. (Reply to this) |

It is a sad day for the movie goers when you have wait months to see a good movie to come to the big screen. When wil this happen - who really knows the answer. I for one will be avoiding this movie as of my life depended on it. (Reply to this) |

The Senhman writes: on Feb 28 2005 02:40 PM If they do it like the later Clink Eastwood films (i.e. Unforgiven), where it's pretty much about how someone who is way past his prime adjusts to life in the boxing world, it might work. Stallone's still in great shape tho. The guy's almost 60 and he's more ripped than guys half his [url (Reply to this) |
