A beautiful but mad doctor replaces the limb with one from a deranged, executed serial killer. Soon, Bill starts having bad dreams and mood swings, and the arm itself often acts strangely. Concerned, Bill tracks down others who have received body parts from the murderer, to see if they have experienced any side effects. They have not.
