In the made-for-cable thriller The Wrong Man, an American sailor (Kevin Anderson) is framed for the murder of a Mexican smuggler. Not a very pleasant film. Rosanna Arquette is particularly unpleasant, John Lithgow is a welcome presence. Kind of a bland film, I could not get drawn into it, not always interesting. You really don't care much about what happens to any of the three main characters. At least it wasn't overlong.
