Pleasant but unremarkable Capra with a great cast of character actors but the story is drawn out. Crosby and Capra were more happily paired the following year with Here Comes the Groom.

added bonus 2 this one-it has some gr8 music in it aqnd I am always amazed when u have that perfect mix of film & music

Reasonably pleasant musical, you can't really go wrong with any film with Bing Crosby in it. Enjoyable but it's not very memorable. Light and mildly entertaining. Good score.

James Higgins
