How hypocritical can one statement be? Let's see... You insult a political party that has different ideas of your own because you claim that party is intolerant of... other ideas. Sure there are some bigot republicans, but it's foolish to think their aren't bigoted democrats as well. Quit looking at people as part of political parties. I can't believe I'm actually responding to a comment that was posted a year ago, but you know how different the Democratic Party was back then, right? It was mainly backed by the Southerners, and although Jackson claimed to be a champion of the "common man," he was extremely power-hungry and a bigot. Not saying Republicans are like that today, but "far rights" are.
