But gubernatorial candidate Al Donnelly's greatest dilemma is his oafish, clumsy, stupid brother Mike, who has an uncanny knack for creating havoc everywhere he goes. And to Al's dismay, his opponent and her staff are also well aware of Mike's "gift," and intend to exploit it for what it's worth. As a result, one of the candidate's aides is assigned to keep Mike in check -- with disastrous results. Things get even worse when the incumbent's team frames Mike for setting a fire in a recreation center. Will Mike inadvertently destroy his brother's political career? [More]

Reviews for Black Sheep
Spade plays the straight man, Farley plays the dufus, physical stunts abound and there isn't one shred of slightly intellectual wit.
Black Sheep is an appropriately titled misfire, a des-perate slapstick comedy that falls flat at nearly every turn.
the most charming of Farley's screen efforts, but it's too bad he wasn't around long enough to make anyting better
Yeah, I giggled a couple of times. But I suspect you will giggle more if you are male, age 15-27ish.
The movie itself succeeds in setting up situations ready for yucks; the movie's key problem is its intended humor fails to register on the audience's yucks ballot.
It's nice to see the two together, practicing their easy screen rapport--and no doubt more so given Farley's untimely passing--but Black Sheep is still a clunker. [Blu-ray]
