Yeah, because I like animated movies with coherent stories, solid plots, & fully fleshed out characters. Something DBZ never had. Also, I thought you never watched his movies, so why are you calling them shit?

I like anime (not a freak as you clearly don't know what is) but Dragon Ball Z is to great anime like what Chicken Little is to great animation. Maybe you should watch a Ghibli movie & learn what great anime is.

Gayest, Argument, Ever. Arguments like this would cause the one Alien holding his finger back on the "Destroy every fucking person on Earth" switch to be like....."Okay fuck this." You may have just killed everyone on earth. How do you feel about yourselves now? Assholes.

Liking porn automatically makes you a "sick fuck?" What? 99% of people like porn. In my mind, those that do not have something wrong with them. Physically, I mean, in terms of hormone/testosterone development or something along those lines.

Also, calling DB/Z shit is not cool. That show is awesome, and it had a lot of influence on the anime fighting genre. It IS possible to enjoy both Ghibli and the more trashier, less demanding animes like DB/Z, Hellsing, Berzerk, etc.

There is nothing wrong with porn. The way that waste of paper wrote BDSM, & how the fanbase is so deluded & infatuated with porn that is practically described as rape is what makes them sick fucks (proof: one fan actually said she would want to have Christian Grey tie her up in chains & then beat the shit out of her, as she can do everything Ana could do in the books to him).

No, DBZ sucks & is a shit show/anime. It lacked everything most of the other, far superior animes back in it's day & some of the few good ones of today have. Sure, it had as much an influence in fighting anime (because apparently colliding balls of lights, zooming fists with a crap-load of speedlines in front of the camera, & screaming & talking that lasts over 9000 episodes is considered fighting) as The Last Airbender influenced good live action adaptions of cartoons. When did I say it wasn't possible to like both Ghibli & other animes?

DBZ isn't that bad if you count the manga only. The anime isn't that good, unfortunately, as it is very repetitive, slow paced and poorly edited. The remastered version titled DB Kai is a little better, though. I do give you one thing, the DBZ fanboys are a pain in the ass everywhere.

Comparing "Dragonball" to anything Miyazaki is probably the most stupidest thing I had ever read! "Dragonball" in general encourages ridiculous training whether it's for boxing or for the UFC while Miyazaki doesn't have any martial arts in his movies at all! I know many martial artists who are black belts because of their love for Dragon Ball cartoons!

Yeah, & what? Am I supposed to love it being a black belt myself? Maybe you should give me an actually reason as to why DBZ is any good (which it's not) other than "Oh meh gawd, it is loved by people who fight!" And Miyazaki is superior to DB I'm any aspect. As far as fighting goes, maybe you should watch Princess Mononoke.

Look, no one is asking anyone here to love Dragonball, but if you had seen "every" single episode then they must've been doing something right! Without "Dragon ball", there would be no "Naruto" and "Bleach" and perhaps hundreds of other martial art episodes available for people to watch on TV since all there was, was stuff like "Speed Racer" and "Captain Harlock" and "Kimba, The White Lion" cartoons, and Lupin doesn't even count! And viewers are allowed to like Dragonball and Miyazki for different reasons! We're not cemented to like one kind of animation more than the other!

If you want to call one an example a martial arts pic then that is your prerogative but you're talking about out of how many Miyazki animations that are "not" martial art movies! If you really look very carefully at Miyazaki's filmography, you will see that majority of his best ones do not have any martial arts whatsoever! Furthermore, "Princess Mononokae" is a carbon copy of "Nausicaš of the Valley of the Wind" made in 1984 which I thought is the more superior version of the two!

There was more animes far superior to crap like DBZ; Sailor Moon, cyborg 009, Card captors, & Inuyasha just being a handful of examples. And unlike DBZ, all of those have plots, story, & characters.

And no one said anything about Miyazaki's better films not having any martial arts, you brought that up.

No, I said that Miyazaki is not known for making anything to do with martial arts, and then you brought up "Princess Mononokae"!

"Sailor Moon, cyborg 009, Card captors, & Inuyasha just being a handful of examples."

Oh god, the examples that you jotted down particularly "Sailor Moon" are popular among very young girls, and 'Cardcaptors" is another poor imitation from the whole Pokemon craze also included are Digimon, Beyblade and Yu-Gi-Oh! "Inuyasha" is also another series that was derived from Dragon ball and Cyborg 009 is not even a martial arts series!

I also want to add that there wasn't just "Dragonball Z", before that there was also the very first "Dragon Ball" series and then after "Z" there was "Dragonball GT", I mean just because you can't get into them, it doesn't mean everyone else can't! You don't represent the thousands of anime fans who love Dragonball! All this means is that some people are able to get into them much easily while people such as yourself can't get anything from it at all meaning... what else is new!

Some people including myself don't mind the aspect that their protagonists/ heroes can become stronger than they were before- not that you would realize that either!

I just want to say one more thing, Goku the lead star from "Dragon ball" is only half human- his other half is like alien which the notion is similar to "Inuyasha" which he's half demon and half human except that Dragonball was released first!

Hunnam's anything but dull in Sons of Anarchy. He's very, very good in that. You should watch the show, too, it's basically Sopranos with Bikers. Or, more accurately, it's Hamlet with Bikers.
