Don't recall much but disappointment from this one, seeming it has both Robert Patrick and Malcolm McDowell, two actors who I usually enjoy seeing in any role. I remember this was fairly tedious going, without much payoff. Certainly didn't live up to McDowell's other crazy doctor film, Disturbed.
