Steven Seagal as a Montana doctor with a strange accent. Yes, it is as laughable as it sounds.

Give Steven Seagal credit for caring about the environment and his country, but when will he learn that preaching doesn't make for very palatable entertainment? This time, he's a scientific genius (!) who must kick some butt as he struggles to find a cure for a lethal virus spread by a white supremacist. Only for die-hard fans of the star, although it does feature a nice turn by stalwart character actor L.Q. Jones.
