Synopsis: Bridgette (Amanda Peet), an aspiring actress from Los Angeles teaches yoga in an upscale health club and has just won the lead role in a David Mamet play. Adam (Michael Vartan) is a known playboy... Bridgette (Amanda Peet), an aspiring actress from Los Angeles teaches yoga in an upscale health club and has just won the lead role in a David Mamet play. Adam (Michael Vartan) is a known playboy who runs the health club in addition to being the heir to his father's fortune. Not being able to avoid the inevitable, they soon begin a passionate romance. Just when everything seems to be going well for Bridgette, she receives a message telling her that her ex-boyfirend is dying of AIDS. Her life then takes a turn for the worse when she learns that she has tested positive for the HIV virus.
