Gavin is hanging up his covert bargaining skills and in an exchange for immunity sells the names of his top clients to government officials. Suddenly, 25 weapons scientists are dead and Hughes is now sought by a Middle East warlord. A change of identity may not be enough to save the arms dealer formerly known as Gavin Hughes in this complicated thriller that blurs the line between good and evil until a final confrontation where the real Gavin stands up.
