Creative, influential, atmospheric crime serial.
A celebration is in order now that Flicker Alley has released [this] amazingly cool follow-up.
Judex is a "family show," a sweeping melodrama of different families and generations, but it is far less innocuous than a cursory comparison to its predecessors suggests.
Extremely disappointing (I'm probably giving it half a star more then it deserves). I really expected more from Louis Feuillade, who also directed the masterful "Les Vampires".
