Shotokan masters Terry O'Neill and Frank Brennan offer insightful commentary into their practice, as well detailing their early experiences in karate training, their backgrounds, and opinions. O'Neill, known for his superior kicking technique, is a two-time world champion and successful television actor; he candidly discusses the way that Shotokan has altered his life. Brennan, also well-known for his effective, dynamic fighting ability, addresses competition politics, including the topics of referees and judges, and the often poor attitudes of competition fighters.
