After reading a book about the notorious murderer who tormented Los Angeles during the '60s, striking at random and finally disappearing without a trace, Michael begins a string of copycat murders. Mel Navokov (David Hess, LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT) is a forensic psychologist who joins forces with Simon Vale (Ulli Lommel, the director of BOOGEYMAN) the author of the book that inspired the killer, to stop him before he strikes again. For those familiar with the notoriously uneven Lommel, who worked on the sets of some of Fassbinder's films, this is one of his B-movie efforts. [More]
