Word. I saw Choke, haven't seen Zack and Miri yet (but really looking forward to it); Choke was really, really vulgar and I'm guessing Z&M won't come close to it in terms of Red Band-iness, sex and f-words aside. Few movies probably will.

As long as it's better than Jersey Girl, I'm there.

Meh...I wasn't to impressed with that trailer. When I saw the trailers for movies like Knocked Up and Superbad I was pumped to see the movie right away. Hopefully this will still be good though.

I'm most curious to see how Elizabeth Banks hangs in with the rest of the cast -- we already know how good Seth Rogen, the Mac guy, and Craig Robinson are...

*whisper* "there's poop in there."

I was rolling in the aisle. (The aisle being my living room)

I actually was totally bored by Choke. It felt like a TV movie, with all the padding flashbacks and assorted trimmings. Also, apart from the anal beads thing, it never pushed my buttons in the ways the movie needed to. And I really like Sam Rockwell, just so we're clear I'm not a hater.

This looks really good. We have the "Apatow people" and the "Kevin Smith people" in the same film - awesomeness!

I think she will do fine, she was pretty funny in 40 Year Old Virgin, and she was also good in Definitely Maybe. I bet she will be funny as Laura Bush, I mean come on that hot of a girl as Laura Bush!?!? If they have her play Laura Bush, then they should have Halle Berry as Condilica Rice!

IF I have to see one more movie about narrow-minded and sexually-addicted/deprived Americans with racist undertones, crude humor, and sexist language, I will pass out!!

I love how Smith said he's ready to kinda like, step away from his View Askew universe, yet all the actors from that world are in this movie. I'm not saying that in cheek, it's perfectly fine to want to spend your career working with people who you know can deliver what you want, it just amuses me.

In any event, this looks cute, I'm sure I'll see it at some point.

ThelceGhost...

Actually, almost the entire cast is made up of new players for Smith. Only Jason Mewes is back, along with Jeff Anderson, who Smith really only worked with on the Clerks films. Rogen, Banks and Craig Robinson are the leads in this.
