Trailer(s) Bulletin: Step Brothers, The Love Guru...and Iron Man
Beyond this place lie pratfalls, phony accents, and armor-plated awesomeness.

Hey, hey, it's the end of the work week! What better time for sitting around looking at the latest trailers?

If Friday isn't the official day of the week for proudly stupid comedy, then it should be -- and to that end, why don't we sit down and have a look at the new trailer for Step Brothers?

In the Will Ferrell/John C. Reilly-led comedy, helmed by Anchorman director Adam McKay, follows the buffoonish exploits of two emotionally stunted man-children whose parents wed -- but the plot is secondary, really. This is Ferrell and Reilly we're talking about, people! You know what you came here for!

For two and a half minutes of slapstick, confused looks, and at least one slow-motion beating, follow the link below!

Step Brothers

The first trailer for Mike Myers' latest comedy, The Love Guru, is also new to the net -- but first, a synopsis to get you caught up on the shenanigans you're about to witness:

Pitka (Mike Myers) is an American who was left at the gates of an ashram in India as a child and raised by gurus. He moves back to the U.S. to seek fame and fortune in the world of self-help and spirituality. His unorthodox methods are put to the test when he must settle a rift between Toronto Maple Leafs star hockey player Darren Roanoke (Romany Malco) and his estranged wife. After the split, Roanoke's wife starts dating L.A. Kings star Jacques Grande (Justin Timberlake) out of revenge, sending her husband into a major professional skid -- to the horror of the teams' owner Jane Bullard (Jessica Alba) and Coach Cherkov (Verne Troyer). Pitka must return the couple to marital nirvana and get Roanoke back on his game so the team can break the 40-year-old "Bullard Curse" and win the Stanley Cup.

Got all that? Good. Click to Moviefone to watch:

Love Guru

And finally, there's the matter of a new full-length trailer for a certain superhero blockbuster bowing in May. Yes, we're talking about Iron Man, and no, we won't bore you with meaningless details. Let's just make with the trailer-y goodness! RT has the exclusive second trailer here:

Step Brothers... the last gag was actually really funny. Very kiddish. It'll probably be another Talladega, just so-so.

The Love Guru looks hilarious. Hopefully it is Myer's best work since Austin Powers.

Still don't know if Love Guru is going to be good or not.

The Iron Man trailer looks good.

The Love Guru looks great! I'm glad he's doing something other than Austin now.

PS: Is Mike Myers obsessed with everything 60s???

ohhh I found it. Hahaha i think this looks to be the best Anchorman knockoff since Anchorman. the sports ones all suck especially talladega which i only watched because it came with my playstation. semi-pro doesn't look anywhere as funny as the Old Spice commercials are. Walk Hard had it's moments, but step-brothers looks real ****in funny

I hate Michael Youn (the main actor in Guru) he's French, really famous in France... some people think he's funny, I think he's really annoying...

"did we just become best friends?"

"yeah!"

(cut to pumpkin kick)

frickin awesome.

'step' looks funny, somewhere between the majesty of anchorman and the trying-too-hard of talladega.

'iron man' is looking ok, but a bit too pop. the obvious thing to do with a comic book movie is to make it look like a comic. the smarter thing is to set the comic in a realistic world and not fill every frame with bright colors.
'batman begins' is the best example of doing the latter to great effect. it was a real movie that happened to be based on a comic character. 'iron man' is just a comic come to life and as such, the production design looks fabricated and plastic. still, should be fun.

'guru' is mike myers not really knowing how to be funny anymore. and come on, mini-me AGAIN? talk about beating a dead horse. those bits just wreak of desperation and are a sad attempt at reminding people that austin powers was funny (except for goldmember).

A few things:
*I am really upset that Robert Downey Jr. is Iron Man* I really really don't like him. The fact that Terrence Howard and Gwyneth Paltrow are in it too make m e even more upset because it makes the movie even more appealing...!! DANM YOU DOWNEY! Now I'll have to decide if Paltrow and Howard will cancel him out.

Allllso...if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery Steve Carell should be a happy man. I most certinly will be there for "Step Brothers". ho ever wrote that blurb about the movie is right I know exactly what I'm going to see.

And The Love Guru looks awful awful awful..WHY is Jessica Alba in thiiiisssss?????????

The Iron Man Trailer looks sick !!!

Iron Man could be Marvels best movie yet by the looks of that Trailer !!!

PS. The fact Downey is a bit un-likable makes him the perfect Tony Stark , he is one hero your not suppose to like 100% all the time . Downey looks to have nailed it and Favereu looks like a genius !!!

Iron Man looks decent, giving it a 7/10 for now...

Step Brothers is looking pretty hopeful, especially as it appears to be small budget: 8/10

Love Guru looks like every Austin Powers joke rolled into an Indian character and nothing else... 4/10
