they jut made The Wolfman Last Week, well (two years ago).
I guess they feel they can do it better?

They should try to remake The Omega Man and Zombi 1 and 2. Those were horrible movies.

The newest Wolfman was not all that great, but at least Joe Johnston is a legit filmmaker. They hire a guy who has two direct to video horror sequels to his name??

I know, right? Hopefully they saw something in this guy that made them think this was a good idea....

P.s. Legit he may be, but Johnston's Wolfman was ass awful. Even in the hands of a unknown, it would be difficult to fail quite as badly.

I was hoping they were adaptng the old Fox show Werewolf into a movie. That show rocked.

Wait, wasn't the last one SUPPOSED to have been everything they're now describing this one as?!?!?!
Maybe if they just would have let Mark Romanek do his thing to begin with things would have come out alright.
I think the fact that they're actually trying to redo the same film as a NEW film just two years later with a director that very well may be worse than Joe Johnston explains exactly why Romanek couldn't make the film to begin with.

I think they should just take the American Werewolf in London concept and insert different countries in madlibs style. You'd have an endless franchise with international appeal. Who wouldn't want to see a Sri Lankan Werewolf in lets say Senegal?
