Enjoyed this picture, but it meandered and felt disjointed. And, at the end, I couldn't understand why the lead didn't take the doctor's way out..instead of insisting on his original story of being a federal marshall present on the island for an investigation, which meant EST or a lobotomy..not withstanding the voiceover about preferring death as a good man, over life as a killer. Besides, he'd only shot his wife upon experiencing the horror of his wife's having murdered their three children. And not enough of a pay-off at the very end.
