J-horror-styled supernatural thriller from India doesn't have the gore or intensity of the real thing, and for many in the mainstream, that's a relief. Low-budget-looking but effective, with a great central gimmick.

Dear Frank,
This Horror flick is absolutely brilliant... i would say this is The horror Indian film... if people from west see this film then they might not like the film because Hollywood horror flicks are gore which Indian audience would not accept much... the screenplay of 13B is properly balanced... usually horror films in India is not much of a success but this film is been accepted. See this film with Indian Point of view u will undersand.
