Country singer LeAnn Rimes stars as Meg Galligan, a spunky Alaska bush pilot who finds herself falling for her small town’s new chief of police, Nate Burns (Eddie Cibrian), a former Baltimore cop haunted by the death of his partner. The couple’s relationship is tested when Meg’s long-missing father turns up dead in the Alaskan wilderness, leading Nate on a murder investigation that uncovers some unsavory town secrets. This romance-thriller features Rosanna Arquette in a supporting turn as Meg’s mother, Charlene. [More]
