Aliens from the planet Vegan have replaced the U.S. President (modelled on Bill Clinton) with a clone, and the authorities call on International Security Force member Marshall "Dick" Dix (Leslie Nielsen) to head out into the stars and rescue him before all of the world's leaders meet a similar fate. On Vegan, Dix learns that the planet's denizens have learned English by watching television and speak in the voices of Hollywood stars. With the help of a sexy officer (Ophelie Winter) and a master of disguise (Ezzio Greggio), Dix attempts to restore the president to his rightful place and prevent any further interplanetary conflicts.
