...lush cinematography and a keen editing rhythm give at least the impression of a seriousness the film sorely lacks.
I think the issue with this film is not that it's anti-Obama, or pro-Romney. I just think the movie itself AS A FILM is a mess of muddled ideas, and rhetoric that is masquerading as fact, politics be damned.
The truth of the matter is this: As someone who is neither Liberal or Conservative, I think the film is the same thing as Fox News propaganda pieces... It's filled with TONS of sentiment, while blatantly lacking evidence to back up its claims. And, as filmed entertainment, it fails on that level as well.

Another fool whose opinions were formed by the media. Read Obama's book. forget the movie. The book speaks volumes.

This is a review for a movie - not a book.

Funny, I felt the exact opposite of the film. The cinematography & editing were very "meh", but it is undoubtedly a serious film with a serious discussion, that allows the President to speak for himself.

Its funny how rabid conservatives come in to defend a movie created by a conservative - the same way rabid liberals defend anything made my Michael Moore.
This movie was made and released in the middle of the election season for partisan gain. Dont fool yourself.
I think it is hilarious how so many conservatives put Reagan on a pedestal (including Dinesh). If you look at Reagan's record he would have NO CHANCE at being elected in today's extreme right wing republican party.
