A nonsensically unsubstantiated act of character assassination.
You know what's kind of funny? The arguments I hear seem to all point to 'Obama is a terrorist because, I mean he's not white.' Well, every single person with that problem in this thread is white. All of you. And some of your pictures really look like they could be of a racist bigot. Yeah, one lady looks like one of the bitches in The Help who couldn't understand why blacks were angry at segregation and the idea that they carry diseases. You want to find a reason to hate Obama because 1. He's the Democratic candidate and 2. he's not white. You go to this movie and give it five stars because the claims they make could have been summed up in an editorial and they're against Obama so must have merit. They don't because the film is just a smear campaign, a movie that can be refuted. And the Democrats don't refute it because it would draw attention to the movie.
I know that you're gonna get pissed off and try to assure everyone that you're not racist, you're just stating facts and blah blah blah...But the fact remains that if Obama happened to really be one of the really bad non-whites (like Middle Eastern and Terrorist and stuff), then black people would be pretty pissed off. You guys are racists. Sorry.

Does J stand for Jeremiah? Because we have been hearing that same tired speech for 4 years now. But no one who ever pisses and moans that Obama critics simply don't like him because he is black...
(which, by the way, he is as much white as black. In fact, he was raised by whites throughout his entire childhood. You'd know that if you watched the movie)
... has ever been able to explain blacks and minorities that also DON'T like Obama's policies. How do you explain Bobby Jindal, Condoleezza Rice, Marco Rubio, Herman Cain, Allen West, Mia Love, Clarence Thomas, Allen Keyes, 50 Cent (supported George W. Bush... FREDERICK DOUGLAS!!!!! How would you explain them? Are they confused? Are they Uncle Toms? Or are they really white racists that paint their skin brown and black to fool us all?

Your response was unintelligible. It is unfortunately typical given the arguments you people make. I bet you're one of those who believes in 'legitimate rape,' that America is not a capitalist nation, that Republican economic policy/trickle down economics hasn't ever led to a recession (it has- every time, actually), and that you have to believe in Santa for him to be real. Also, "We have been hearing that same tired speech for 4 years now" does not go with "No one who ever pisses and moans that Obama critics simply don't like him because he is black." This is a contradiction. Please fix it. Well, unless it wasn't intended to be a factual statement.
Now, let me get this straight. You are saying that he is half black because of race but also because he was raised by whites throughout his childhood. You are contradicting every sociologist/psychologist/biologist/people who are smarter than you who say that race is hereditary. Also, by that same argument, if a white family raises a non-white child then that child is now half-white. 'Legitimate rape' seems to make slightly more sense after that argument.
Now, as for the nine or ten non-whites who are against Obama. You only picked Republicans (and there are like thirteen non-white Republicans). Who pays for them to have that opinion? I'll give you a hint. Now, I know that Condoleeza Rice and 50 Cent are people you look up to, but what about Oprah, Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington, Jesse Jackson, or everyday non-whites? None of them agree with you. And I don't know if anyone informed you, but Frederick Douglass died over a century ago. You're still a racist because you believe that because he's both a Democrat and not white that he must be some kind of terrorist. That's racist and stupid. The democratic party wouldn't nominate a terrorist because if there was evidence, it would destroy the party. You probably also believe that Obama's gonna take the guns away, too, as if any president has the power to overthrow the Second Amendment.
Also, you are no longer allowed to bitch about any documentaries or editorials who attack Dubya, Cheney, Romney, Palin, or whatshisface that Romney picked. You know, the one with excruciatingly terrible ideas that only benefit a select few. The reason you are ineligible from bitching rights is that you were unintelligible in your response to a smear campagin, i.e. Your position is wrong because you're racist. That's exactly what this documentary is doing, trying to destroy Obama's character. You are a racist with double-standards.

First, there are literally MILLIONS of non-white conservatives all around the world.
Second, the vast majority of non-whites are not conservative because they are being paid to be. If that is your explanation for why blacks can be conservative, well I guess it is better than nothing. Most liberals can't even come up with an explanation.
Third, I got my undergraduate in psychology (UAM in Monticello, AR) and my masters in social work (UAA in Anchorage, AK.
Fourth, I'm saying he is half-white because he is half-white. That should be the easiest of the points to understand. His mom was as white as marshmallow. His dad was as black as charcoal. Together, they had a half-black, half-white son. It isn't rocket science.
Fifth, I do look up to Condoleezza Rice. 50 Cent... the world can do without.
Sixth, how did you get from my previous post that I think he is a terrorist? I didn't even mention terrorism.
Seventh, I'm sure there were some who did not vote for him because he was black. If so, then yes, that is racist. But countless more voted FOR him, simply because he was black. That too, is racist.
And finally, as far as me being racist... look at my picture. My fiance is Asian. My previous fiance was Alaskan Native. My girlfriend before was hispanic. My wife before her was blonde hair and blue eyes. I don't date someone according to their race. I date them according to their values.
You know... racism has always existed. In the 1940s and 1950s, you knew a man was a racist because he called himself one. In 2012, you know a man is a racist because he calls YOU one.

This dude is complaining about racisim, yet he lumps "Middle Easterners" into "really bad non-whites." Minorities love to cry RACISM RACISM RACISM. It's hilarious when they are often guilty of it themselves.
Sep 6 - 03:15 PM
I'm not a minority. By assuming I was a different race because I brought up the idea of race, that makes you a racist. BTW I used 'really bad non-whites' and 'Middle Eastern' interchangeably for sardonic effect.

Actually, the non-white conservatives 'around the world' do not agree that Obama is evil and that George W. Bush could turn water into wine. Actually, the ones in such countries as England, Germany, Ireland, and every other industrialized nation will not allow George W. Bush and Dick Cheney into their countries because of war crimes, lies, and other bad stuff that make other countries think we are stupid for re-electing that moron. The non-white conservatives in other countries are nothing like the conservatives in America. The ones in other countries don't stand for false war causes and the crippling of the world economy. But hey, he was against abortion (which is still legal, btw). People in other countries think that Americans are stupid because 51% of voters thought that Bush was a good president when he clearly was not by any stretch of the imagination. 'Conservative' and 'Liberal' have different definitions across the globe, it's not just one single set of values. Conservatives in Germany, for instance, thought Bush was an idiot. Conservatives in London still support civil unions for gay couples, universal healthcare, and environmental causes. They aren't like American conservatives who believe that homosexuality should be illegal, abortion should be illegal in any and all cases, global warming is a myth, God created all life in seven days, the Earth is 4,000 years old and can only be the product of Intelligent Design, everyone should have guns, and white men are the dominant people. International conservatives cannot relate to American conservatives.
Now as for the racism. You mention that he was raised by whites in the same thought as you say that he is 'as much white as he is black.' By your argument format you are concluding that race is partially determined by those you grow up around. If he was raised by white people, then you are arguing that that has something to do with his determined race. As a psychology student, you should understand that those thoughts have nothing to do with each other and therefore are not an issue.
Now, non-whites being paid to be liberals; then the non-whites you listed are paid to be conservative. I guess conservatives can't come up with an explanation, either. I say that we should look at the majority here. The majority of blacks don't agree with you. Nine or ten you have found do agree with you. The other millions do not. There are exceptions to every generalization.
I see that you never have mentioned dating black women. I guess that means that you hate gay people and blacks. Well, you probably actually do hate gay people as the vast majority of puppy-eating conservatives do, but imagine what would happen if the fact that you never mentioned dating a black woman ended up being the thing to destroy the work you did for your degree in psychology. That's called character assassination, and if you condone it for this documentary, then it is logically inconsistent to oppose it when it's done to you.
The fact is that it is ridiculous that people actually believe this documentary. It's just giving an excuse to people who don't want a black president to be radically against him. I can't remember the last president who went through as much character assassination as Barack Obama. Who else was accused of causing an economic recession (which was done by Dubya before the election even happened), be demanded to produce his birth certificate and even after it was produced be accused of falsifying it, called an extremist/Leninist/Nazi/socialist/terrorist for trying to give America universal healthcare which we desperately need, receive blame for Congress' foot-dragging and 'you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours' mentality, told because he used drugs as a teen that he is a drug addict as an adult, called a 'nigger' on the streets by white people and then called not actually black by the same, and numerous other outrageous things by Fox news. Oh yeah, and his opponents call him 'Barack Hussein' or really try to emphasize the fact that his middle name is 'Hussein' to try to draw parallels between he and Saddam. And sure, the Swift Boat Veterans have now admitted that they were bribed to lie about John Kerry, but even that attack wasn't as slanderous as those made on Obama.
Now, let's take a look at those spearheading those attacks. There's Romney, an ultra-conservative who has absolutely no idea what it's like to have a Doctorate and be attempting to get hired by someone during a recession. He also doesn't support healthcare because Obama supports it. He doesn't support the environment because Obama supports it. He is strongly against gay marriage because Obama announced that we cannot say that certain US citizens are not allowed to have the same rights as others. He royally screwed up his foreign relations by insulting the Brits about their Olympic security (which was just fine) amongst other countries. He picked a running mate who is somehow even more conser

I can tell that you've given this thought. And I appreciate your taking the time to read all of my response. Not that it matters, because I shouldn't have to date a roll of lifesavers to prove that race isn't an issue. But I did date a black girl. She was "light skinded" as you might call her, but she was black, beautiful, and extremely intelligent. Apryl Wilson was her name. Get this... she was a liberal. But in college, so was I. It wasn't until after school that I traveled to other countries (mostly European) and got out on my own that I ran as fast as I could for liberal thought.
Now to whites calling the President a "nigger". I have no doubt that some do. I've heard his children called "pickaninnies" by a white woman. But I would be willing to bet my beating heart that more blacks call each other "nigger", "nugga", "nagga", or "nigga" than whites do. Just listen to any hip-hop album produced in the last two decades. Either way, it is a disgusting word.
You can believe what you want about me, whites, and conservatives. I am certainly going to believe what I want about you... maybe even despite what you tell me to the contrary.
I will not deny that racism exists. The mere existence of the NAACP is an example of race driven organizations. That colleges lower admission standards for groups based solely on the color of their skin is EXTREMELY racist and should be shunned by white, black, brown, red, yellow, green, and purple.
I do not hate anyone of any specific race. I dislike dumb people of ALL races. In fact, I'm a MUCH bigger fan of Obama than I am of Biden. And you can't get more white than Biden. That man hasn't seen the sun since his 20s.

I'm actually not black. However, you guys just assumed I was when I discussed quite obvious racism against a black man, Barack Obama.
Besides, in the time since I last posted, I decided to not attack this movie any more. It's grossing well amongst insane conservatives who think that Fox News is a legitimate news organization, but that also has to do with the fact that unlike most other documentaries (including many of Michael Moore's), this was given a nationwide release.
Also, the guy who did this was once engaged to Ann Coulter. By his logic, we should only question facts like that when they help us attack others, but what it actually means is that this guy is a super-mega conservative. Liberals don't like super-mega liberals. If you're in his target audience, then enjoy Glenn Beck's thing on the radio as he is an incredibly factual man who cries to pretend to make a point, Bill O'Reilly who has (what was that term?) flip-flopped a lot throughout his life.
Believe what you want, but just remember one thing. Everyone but the White Man and his Woman need to brace themselves because once the gays and blacks get into power, they're going to unleash a gay bomb. In order to repopulate the Earth after everyone turns gay (and naturally, we'll die out because they're all queer and stuff), you will need to remain uncontaminated. So please, go into a bomb shelter, and someone will tell you when it's safe to come out.

Of all the reviews I have seen, this is the most "nonsensical". Most of the movie is in Obama's own words and references associations/mentors over Obama's life, which are not in question nor "unsubstantiated". These should give any reasonable person pause as to whether Obama should be leading this country, no matter if you reach the same ultimate conclusion as D-Souza to Obama's motivations.

Did you have your eyes open? Time to wake up!
Sep 3 - 09:23 AM
The movie used Obama's own words and examined his own personal history. Maybe Gliberman meant "suicide" instead of "assassination." If this movie had come out in 2008, Obama would be back on the streets of Chicago selling crack.
