Critic Review - Chicago Sun-Times

Here's the last movie I was expecting with this title. In other words, "21 Jump Street" is pretty good.

Ebert is my favorite. We have always shared practically the same movie tastes.

Well, Ebert is pretty much the most reasonable person in the whole critique crowd. If he say so, I'll have to check out 21 Jump Street!

For me as well, it was the last movie I was expecting with this title. But, it looks and sounds like pure dreck. Nothing I've seen or heard seems to tell me otherwise. It could be the last movie available for rent, and I could have a free rental code in hand, and I still would hesitate to choose it.

I've always respected Ebert's opinions as well, but I think at the halfway point of this movie he must have gotten the runs something furious and didn't get back to his seat until the drug kingpin was trying to pick up his hoo-hah with his mouth. The second half really was bad.
