About.com's Fred Topel had a chat with producer Neal Moritz about his upcoming projects, and there were several car-related tidbits to be found: "The Fast and the Furious 3" will be shot in Japan and it will not include the acting skills of Vin Diesel OR Paul Walker. Mr. Moritz also shares some news regarding "Hot Wheels," "Luke Cage," and a handful of other projects destined for production some time soon. Check out About.com's interview for all the guy-movie goodness.

This has got to be the silliest idea I ever heard in my life. It's going to be a massive success, in other words.

I bet it makes millions. 2 Fast 2 Fruity sure did, and that was so bad that you'd rather have voluntary rectal surgery.

Why do people go see this crap?? We should all be boycotting these lame sequels, then maybe they'd stop making them!

I hope the soundtrack is loaded with JPOP music, then, which would be a great improvement over the soundtrack to the previous films. I'm dreaming of "move" being there. Their songs did great for the anime equivalent of "Fast & Furious": the tv series "Initial D".

That could work only if, at a key point in the movie, Sean Astin looks at the camera and says...

"Po..tay..toes!!!!"
