Hal Jordan may have been "rich" because, yunno, he's a government pilot, so yes. But he was psychologically poor, along the same lines as Tony Stark AND Bruce Wayne.
As my other comment referred to you as a bias prick, not knowing anything about comic books really shows in your review...

That's because it's DC and the other ones you mentioned are Marvel. There is big difference between the two companies.
