Synopsis: Set in 1939 New Orleans, ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN tells the story of Charlie (Burt Reynolds), a likable but mangy dog who escapes from the dog pound and teams up with his old buddy, Carface Malone (Vic Tayback).
