Watched some part of Telugu dubbed version of this movie in a tv channel a long ago( 8-10 years) .But when I found the Original Tamil Version DVD with my Mama some 2 years ago i was a bit curious to watch it.Finally it is today i was able to watch it completely.To my fascination this is one of the beautifully written and well directed film.Music from deva is awesome and there 2 famous tracks(Konja Naal Poru Thalaiva,Pulveli Pulveli Male).The cinematography of the film by Jeeva(He is no more) is Top notch.The director Vasanth is the most under rated director in the indian film industry.Fantastic piece of screenplay and characterization are the main asset of this film.Prakash raj steals the show as an ill-minded army officer who eyes on the sister of his wife.Fantastic action by him.Though there is no much space for Ajith he acted well.The film reminds us ramayana(The movie starts with a Puppet show depicting ramayana).
Final Point:Fantastic camera work,BGM,Prakash raj,and Vasanth Make the film memorable.But for sure vasanth is the talented must make films and he deserves the accolade.
